Counselling & Psychotherapy Services

I offer tailored counselling in French and English for adults experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship and dating difficulties, life transitions and identity questions, as well as the emotional impact of caregiving or disability. This list is not exhaustive – any psychological or emotional concerns can be explored in therapy.

Anxiety, Stress & Burnout

You might feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed at work, unable to switch off, or caught in cycles of worry and self‑criticism. Anxiety and chronic stress can affect sleep, concentration, work, relationships and your sense of self. In therapy, we explore what sits underneath the anxiety, identify triggers and patterns, and develop ways of managing your thoughts, emotions and bodily responses so that life feels less exhausting and more manageable.

Relationships, dating and life choices

Relationship challenges can show up in many forms – whether you are single and navigating modern dating, wondering if you want children, in a couple, separating, or dealing with complex family dynamics. You may notice repeating patterns, difficulties setting boundaries, or a fear of being abandoned or rejected. Counselling offers a space to make sense of these experiences and explore new ways of relating that feel more respectful of your needs and values.

Navigating life transitions and identity

Major life changes such as moving country, changing career, becoming a parent, ageing, or the end of a significant chapter can bring both opportunity and upheaval, and often involve grieving a previous life, role or status. Many people come to therapy wondering how to choose a path or career that feels more aligned with their values, or how to redefine themselves when roles and relationships change – for example with an empty nest or shifting family and work responsibilities. You may feel lost, “in between”, or unsure who you are meant to be. In therapy, we can explore questions of identity, belonging and direction, and support you in honouring what you are leaving behind while reconnecting with what truly matters to you and placing yourself back at the centre of your life.

Support for Carers & People Living with Disabilities

Caring for a loved one or living with a disability can be deeply meaningful, but also isolating and draining. You may feel you have to stay strong for everyone else, while pushing down your own feelings of sadness, anger, guilt or exhaustion. Counselling offers a confidential space where your experience is heard and validated, separate from medical or family roles. Together, we can look at the emotional impact of caring, explore grief and loss, and find ways to protect your energy, ask for support, and reconnect with parts of yourself and your life that may have been put on hold.

Therapy in French & English

As a bilingual French–English counsellor, I offer therapy in the language that feels most natural to you. You may choose to work entirely in French, entirely in English, or move between both languages during our sessions. This can be especially helpful if you are an expat or have lived in different countries and cultures. Together we can explore how your history, identity and current context shape the way you feel and relate to others.

Online Therapy

If you can't easily travel to South West London, I offer online sessions via Zoom, allowing me to work with clients anywhere.

Next Steps

If any of these areas resonate with you, we can start with a brief conversation. I offer a free 15‑minute chat by  WhatsApp video to answer your questions and discuss what you're looking for.
