FIND YOUR TRUE SELF
What is Counselling?
Counselling is a talking therapy that offers you a safe, confidential and non‑judgemental space to explore what is going on in your life. Rather than giving advice or trying to "fix" you, counselling supports you in understanding your thoughts and feelings, and finding your own way forward.
What can counselling help with?
Counselling can help when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, confused or disconnected from yourself. It can support you with anxiety, stress, low self‑esteem, relationship difficulties, painful life events, loss or major transitions. Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, more accepting of yourself and more able to make choices that are right for you.

How I work as a counsellor
In our sessions, I offer a warm, empathic and confidential space where you can talk openly at your own pace, without pressure or expectation. I won't tell you what to do, but I will help you look at things from new perspectives, notice patterns, and connect with what you truly feel and need. My role is to walk alongside you, so that you feel supported and more empowered to make the changes you want in your life.

Taking the first step
It can feel daunting to talk about personal issues, especially if you are not used to speaking about your emotions. You do not have to be "sure" that counselling is right for you before getting in touch. If you would like to explore whether therapy could help, you are welcome to contact me for a free 15‑minute chat.
