Anger

Do you ever feel like you want to lash out, shout or throw something? Do you find yourself wanting to scream or even hurt someone when they irritate you? Do you become aggressive when you are angry?

Most people feel angry sometimes, but anger only becomes a problem when it gets out of control and harms you or people around you.

Counselling can help you explore the the causes of your anger and develop the skills you need to be able to handle  them more effectively. This can help you work through your feelings and improve your responses to situations that make you angry.

You cannot often control the situations that might provoke your anger, but you can learn some tools to manage your attitude to them.
